The Dragongate is not only a school of kung fu, is a life experience.

　　I start my training during the hot summer time and I wondered about the ability of my body to adapt to the new weather condition.

　　Day by day I gained much confidence in my own energy, constantly under the wise eye of Master Wang and the precise instructions of Chong Wu and Wang E.　　The teaching attention for details and the kung fu application showed here, to not mention about the warm and friendly atmosphere, definitively put the Dragongate at the top level of tai chi wudang kung fu Academy.

　　Martial Art teaches here, including internal work with qi gong and meditation, request so long practice that a life is not enough to understand and be able to absorb it.

　　That is why I am already planning my next time here, down to the Wudang sacred mountains.
